Sander Starast

Physiotherapist / personal trainer

I graduated the physical therapy Bachelor’s degree program at the University of Tartu in the summer of 2016. During my studies, I was lucky to get acquainted with the fitness industry and managed to finish as many classes as possible in the field of group and personal training in particular. In addition to that, I have completed the Senior Paramedic course in The Estonian Defence Forces during my compulsory military service (where I was elected class valedictorian). In addition to practicing physiotherapy and personal training, I have worked at Tallinn Emergency Medical services as part of an ambulance team.

Since 2015, I have been working as a physiotherapist, personal training, strength and conditioning coach and masseur with both individual clients as well as teams of athletes in various disciplines. This has provided me with the opportunity to work with clients of various levels, resources, ages, requirements and needs – starting from clinical physiotherapy in a hospital setting all the way to a professional athlete.

My main goal as a physiotherapist and personal trainer is to provide my clients with professional help of the highest quality, tailored to the exact level, needs and resources of each individual client and help my clients obtain the healthiest possible version of themselves.
