INITIAL ASSESSMENT – 70 €

What to expect from the initial assessment procedure:

– gathering information about your medical history and symptoms regarding your current health-related problem

– identifying the underlying cause(s) of your health-related problem (incl. physiotherapy assessment)

–  formulating a primary rehabilitation plan as well as selecting and teaching therapeutic exercises

RETURN VISIT – 60 €

The structure of a return visit is entirely dependent on the individual needs and severity of the clients’ health-related issue(s). Mostly, the purpose of a return visit is to assess the efficacy of the rehabilitation plan and selected methods as well as improve or change the rehabilitation plan, if necessary. However, with more severe or complex cases, a return visit may be necessary for additional assessment of the client and further development of the rehabilitation plan.

PHYSIOTHERAPY PACKAGE – 160 €

Contains three sessions:

– initial assessment (80 minutes)

– two return visits (2×60 minutes)

Purchasing personal training sessions separately is a good choice if you are interested in improving or correcting your exercise technique, would like an assessment of your physical capabilities or simply prefer buying sessions one by one.

The structure and contents of each session are taylored to the specific needs and requests of the client, whether it is to correct exercise technique, explain the intricacies of strength and conditioning programming or a more detailed assessment of your physical capabilities and possible weaknesses.

3x PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGE – 130 €

* Discounted price for first responders and retirees – 100 €

 

Contains three personal training sessions as well as training and exercise plans for a period of up to one month (depending on the specific needs and goals of the client).

Duration: 3 x 60 minutes

The 3x personal training package is an excellent option for those, who are planning on taking the first step in their fitness journey and would like a specialist to help set realistic and motivating goals, program their training, teach the basic movement principles and safe techniques and introduce the basics of adaptations regarding physical exercise.

Alternatively, the 3x personal training package could be used as a gift voucher (we will provide you with a personalised digital voucher).

By purchasing the 3x personal training package, you will save 20 € (when compared to buying each session separately).

5X PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGE – 220 €

Contains five personal training sessions as well as training and exercise plans for a period of up to two months (depending on the specific needs and goals of the client).

Duration: 5 x 60 minutes

The 5x personal training package may is mainly oriented to those, who are committed to taking charge of their physical development and reaching their goals. In most cases, within these five sessions one can learn the safe and optimal technique for all basic movement patterns (as well as some variations of them), set clear, realistic and motivating goals and assess progress over the course of a few training cycles.

By purchasing the 5x personal training package, you will save 30 € (when compared to buying each session separately).

Yes, Gymnasium physiotherapy studio offers various seasonal discounts (i.e during certain holidays). Be sure to follow us on Instagram or keep an eye on our blog to keep yourself in the loop regarding the latest sales programs.

In addition to seasonal discounts, all our services are permanently at a 20% discount rate for first responders (i.e firefighters, police, ambulance) and to retirees (age 65 or above). PS! To claim your discount, add your field of work (i.e “ambulance”) or in the case of retirees, add “retiree” in the “Describe your health issue” form when booking your first appointment.

The physiotherapy package (initial assessment + two return visits) and the 3x personal training package expire two months after the date of purchase (provided on the invoice). The 5x personal training package expires three months after the date of purchase.

Before an appointment, we recommend that you clarify for yourself your primary issue(s), symptoms and medical history (in the case of personal training, your goals, preferences and restrictions).

In addition to that, we recommend you bring along appropriate clothing (preferably neither excessively loose nor tight, since we need to assess your posture, joints’ ranges of motion, etc. Athletic wear is usually the best choice).

In the case of physiotherapy, it is very helpful if you can either forward us via email your medical history and results of previous scans, analyses, etc or bring them along with you for the initial assessment.
